Refund Policy

1. Money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your first purchase of a server, you can request a full refund within [7] days of that order. This applies to the first order on an account and covers the base hosting fee.

2. What's not refundable

Renewals and orders after your first [7] days;
The custom-domain add-on and any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf;
Orders terminated for breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules;
Partial/unused time on a term you chose to cancel early, unless your local law requires otherwise.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at [billing@lavacascade-hosting.com] from your account email, or use the contact page, within the window above. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please talk to us first — we'd much rather sort it out. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of [Your Country/Region].
